Return and Refund Policy

At GiantBenefit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review the following guidelines for our return and refund process, as well as information about exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
a. Standard Items: You may return standard items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
b. Custom Orders: Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any personalized or bespoke items.
2. How to Return an Item
a. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@giantbenefit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
b. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
c. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refund Process
a. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund.
b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
c. Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
a. Exchange Requests: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at support@giantbenefit.com to initiate the exchange process. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
b. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost of the original item and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
c. Exchange Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement item. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping of the exchanged item.
